The "BVT-2" is a steam bun slicer that can slice in multiple cut types. The cut dimensions and number of cuts are determined simply by using a dedicated tray, and size changes can be done with just one touch. After cutting is completed, the shutter (safety cover) of the start switch automatically opens.
